Shannon

Registered Dental Hygienist

I have worked with Dr. Kline for the past 23 years.  It is a pleasure working with a person who continues to educate himself, mentors patients and staff and considers dentistry his hobby.

I graduated from dental hygiene school in 1977 and have had the opportunity to participate in a research study and help publish a paper on periodontal disease in diabetic patients.  Clinical practice has been most enjoyable and rewarding, especially with all our wonderful patients.

My family is very extended, as I am a mom, step-mom, grandmother and great-grandmother.  My husband and I also raise quarter horses for racing, enjoy deep-sea fishing and hunting.  Travel is a biggy also.

I'm 1/2 Navajo Indian and when you come into the office you'll see some of my influence in the office decor.

Laura

Registered Dental Hygienist

I have been a dental hygienist for this great dental office for the past 18 years where I strive to deliver quality dental hygiene services. I hate negativity and love to encourage people, hopefully to healthy pink gums. As you leave my care, I hope you have a smile on your face and satisfaction on services well done.

When I'm away from the office, my hobbies include stage craft and xeriscape. In other words, I fabricate stage props and sometimes work as a lighting tech. As for xeriscape, I'm working on our desert landscape.

You may be interested to know that I spent many hours during the construction of this office working above the dropped ceiling, wearing a tool belt, and assisting with the placement of cables for computers, monitors, speakers, etc.

Registered Dental Hygienist

Working with Dr. Kline the last 14 years and being a part of the Dental Hygiene Team with Shannon and Laura has been and continues to be a dream job.

 I enjoy being able to help people improve and maintain their dental health.  I find that having a sense of humor and compassion goes a long way towards making your visit comfortable and informative.

I stay busy raising two daughters and encouraging my husband's hobby of building hot rod cars.

Sabine

Scheduling Coordinator / Receptionist

I have over 14 years of dental front office experience and been with our team since 1996. I handle many of the incoming calls and schedule most of our appointments for Dr. Kline and our three hygienists.  I am usually the first person you will see or talk to in our office.  My goal is to schedule your visit in a friendly manner and to arrange the time so it will be convenient and comfortable for you.

I was raised in Germany and still "Sprechen Sie Deutsch" a little.  I have two grown daughters who are the delight of my life and I also enjoy occasional traveling with my husband to all corners of the world.

Anne

Financial Coordinator / Insurance Specialist

I have worked with Dr. Kline since 1996 in more than one capacity at the front desk.  As a detail oriented person I seem well suited for the careful communication that is needed on financial matters. I do my best to explain the various intricacies of your dental insurance plans.

I try to be very conscientious about making sure you understand the proposed treatment and its financial commitment.  If insurance is involved we work to maximize your benefits and to give you an estimate based on our knowledge and resources.

When not at the office I love to workout physically, especially walking, biking and swimming.  I also enjoy group activities that support personal growth.  I love to cook and you may catch me peeking at the cooking channel here at work if I get a moment’s break.

Lisa

Chairside Assistant

I have 10 years of dental experience and have been with Dr. Kline since 2002.  I am his right hand person on most of the cosmetic cases where I get to use some of my artistic creativity.

If you let us take portraits after your treatment I will be the photographer (I took these of our staff on this page).  I really enjoy that aspect of my responsibilities.

I like to have fun at work and believe that can go hand in hand with great treatment.

I am a devoted mother of three and someday would like to seriously pursue my passion for art.

Cheryl

Front Office Assistant

I have over 10 years experience in all facets of dental front office and feel fortunate to have worked for Dr. Kline 8 of those years. I help answer the phone, confirm appointments, prepare charts and assist in scheduling appointments.

I was born and raised in Nebraska, but have lived in Arizona for over 20 years. However, you can't take the Husker out of me! I have 4 grown children and 3 beautiful grandchildren that keep me busy.

Chairside Assistant

I am the new kid on the block in this practice. I just started here in 2008, but am not unfamiliar with dentistry as I have 23 years of experience, including 9 years at Loyola University School of Dentistry in the General Practice Residency Program.

I feel proud of the quality of dentistry that we provide for our patients and our focus on integrity and honesty.  I love to pamper every single patient and to let them know that we really do care.

I come from the windy city of Chicago, but have lived in the Valley for 15 years. I enjoy traveling, scuba diving, hiking, horseback riding and spending time with my family.
